Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is partnering with a law firm to seek an experienced Corporate/Crypto Attorney for a short-term, fully remote engagement. This role will support a range of corporate and crypto-related legal matters through the end of the year.

Role Details
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: Through the end of the year
  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $100 hourly
Position Overview

The firm is seeking an attorney with strong experience advising on crypto, digital assets, and related corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of token launches, regulatory compliance, and entity structuring for crypto projects.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on entity formation and structuring for crypto and digital-asset projects
  • Counsel on token launches, fundraising, and related compliance requirements
  • Address exchange and broker-dealer regulatory issues
  • Provide guidance on licensing and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Support NFT projects and related legal considerations
  • Handle corporate and M&A matters involving crypto-focused entities
Qualifications
  • Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (in good standing)
  • Significant experience in crypto, digital assets, and/or blockchain law
  • Background in corporate transactions; M&A experience preferred
  • Wyoming bar license preferred, but candidates from all jurisdictions will be considered
