Job Summary
Icebox Cryotherapy Studio is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Esthetician for a part-time position at our Icebox Hodges Pointe location. This position is responsible for exemplifying Icebox's customer service philosophy, educating clients on services, and providing an exceptional experience through results-driven skin.
Responsibilities
  • Perform client consultations for skin and body treatments.
  • Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, such as CryoFacials, Cryotherma, chemical peels, and other non-surgical treatments, tailored to individual client needs.
  • Offer expert advice on skincare regimens, including product recommendations and lifestyle modifications, to maintain and enhance treatment results.
  • Utilize equipment and technologies effectively and safely, adhering to established Icebox protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Must be dependable, responsible, and punctual.
  • Must be courteous and professional in manner and appearance.
  • Collaborate with the Home Office Head Esthetician and Trainer to develop and R&D new products/protocols.
  • Conduct post-treatment assessments, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications.
  • Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and contributes toward a quality work environment.
  • Assist Wellness Coordinators on daily studio activity when not with clients.
Qualifications
  • State Licensed Esthetician
  • 1+ years experience as a practicing licensed esthetician
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Self-starter and passion for learning
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Evening and weekend availability, we are closed on all major holidays.
