We are a leading heavy civil construction company seeking qualified, safety driven professionals to join our Crushing Operations Team. These positions support the production of aggregates used in large scale civil construction projects. Crushing Superintendent
Leads and manages all aspects of the crushing operation, ensuring safety, production targets, equipment performance, and crew leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily crushing activities and production schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage, coach, and direct crushing crew members
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and resources
