Overview
Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems and helping teams succeed? Suncore is looking for an experienced Aggregate Crusher Supervisor to support our aggregate operations by overseeing training, quality control, environmental compliance, equipment maintenance, and site safety.

What You'll Do
  • Lead employee training and ensure required certifications are current.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of aggregate products across multiple sites.
  • Partner with Aggregate Superintendents to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including air and water requirements.
  • Promote and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
  • Oversee aggregate site security and equipment protection.
  • Ensure reclamation activities are completed according to approved plans.
  • Coordinate equipment repairs and preventive maintenance to meet company standards.
  • Support efficient day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement.
