Job description

Job Title: Demand Management Analyst
Reports to: Director of Supply Chain
Location: Plano, TX
FLSA Status: Exempt
Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
Summary:

As our Demand Management Analyst, you'll play a key role in making sure our restaurants always have what they need to deliver delicious, craveable food and joyful guest experiences. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you'll develop forecasts, analyze data, and partner cross-functionally with Culinary, Marketing, and Operations to support successful product launches and ongoing fill rates.
This role is perfect for a data-driven planner who loves the details, thrives on collaboration, and is motivated by the idea that thoughtful planning can make people's days brighter - one sandwich at a time.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the demand planning process for categories across food and operational supplies for ongoing business, as well as limited-time offers, promotions, and new unit growth/ expansion
  • Create and share forecasts and updates with distribution and sourcing teams to support accurate decision-making and limit risk with eye towards continuous improvement
  • Own the maintenance of item-level data and dashboards in Arrowstream (supply chain software)
  • Conduct ongoing performance tracking in partnership with the distribution and sourcing teams
  • Use Arrowstream and other tools to develop reports, dashboards, and planning tools that improve visibility and support decision-making

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of demand planning experience required; multi-unit restaurant, foodservice distribution, or convenience retail experience is a preferred.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain demand planning reports and analyses
  • Excellent mathematic and analytical skills
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator with the ability to partner effectively across departments.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ArrowStream, experience with Crunchtime is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
