Job description

Storey Lake is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Pool Patrol! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for organizing and hosting the daily activities as listed in the monthly activity calendar.
• Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests as they enter into the club.
• Responsible for following policies and procedures as set forth to ensure guest/member access, safety, and enjoyment for all guests/members.
• Responsible for ensuring all inventory needs are met.
• Must be able to conduct cash handling and point of sale at Sundries Retail.
• Be a team leader and lead by example.
• It will be the responsibility of the Activity Host to maintain effective lines of communication between all team members in regards to club operations and issues relating to the guests/members.
• Responsible to help keep the pool deck cleaned up and organized.


Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma preferred
• Experience in recreational hospitality, Cruise Ships, Summer Camps and or DJ
• Must be able to pass CPR/First Aid certifications within in timely manner


Personal Attributes:
• Able to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments
• Must be change adaptive, flexible, and empathetic
• Must be highly customer oriented and responsive with a high need for closure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work outdoors and different weather conditions
• Comfortable speaking into a microphone to large crowds.
