Location: On Pointe Dentistry - Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full Time ( Monday - Thursday)
Compensation: W-2 Employment | 30% of Collections + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period
Patient Mix: PPO/ FFS
Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits.

About the Role

United Dental Corporation is seeking a General Dentist to join our growing team in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market.

We are looking for a provider committed to comprehensive dentistry, clinical excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, educating patients, and providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process based on provider experience, schedule preferences, and business needs.
