About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior Strategic Partner Development Executive to lead our Federal System Integrator Sell-Through business. This is a revenue-focused role responsible for driving pipeline, accelerating sales opportunities, and embedding CrowdStrike into partner sales motions, solutions, and services.

Working closely with Federal Sales, Capture, and Partner teams, you will develop executive relationships, identify and advance strategic opportunities, and execute joint go-to-market initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. Success is measured by pipeline creation, opportunity influence, revenue growth, and partner engagement-not partner activity alone.

What You'll Do:

Drive Revenue Through Strategic Federal SI Partnerships

  • Own the strategic relationship with Federal FSI while driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue through these partners.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans aligned to CrowdStrike Federal priorities and partner growth objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and accelerate partner-led sales opportunities throughout the federal sales lifecycle.
  • Work directly with CrowdStrike Federal Account Executives, Regional Directors, Capture Managers, and Sales Leadership to build qualified pipeline and advance strategic opportunities.

Embed CrowdStrike into Partner Sales Motions

  • Position CrowdStrike as the cybersecurity platform of choice within partner solution offerings, managed services, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop relationships across partner sales, capture, solution architecture, delivery, and executive leadership to ensure CrowdStrike is included early in customer pursuits.
  • Drive CrowdStrike in partner-led proposals, RFIs, RFPs, BPA/GWAC opportunities, and strategic account planning.

Influence Federal Market Growth

  • Identify emerging federal programs, modernization initiatives, and capture opportunities where CrowdStrike can create competitive advantage.
  • Align partner investments with CrowdStrike's strategic priorities including AI, Identity Protection, Cloud Security, Falcon Flex, MDR, and Platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with Federal Sales leadership to prioritize target accounts and jointly execute account plans.

Accelerate Joint Go-to-Market Execution

  • Build and execute joint sales campaigns, executive engagement strategies, workshops, and demand generation initiatives that produce measurable pipeline.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop federal-focused campaigns and executive events.
  • Lead executive business reviews and maintain accountability against agreed growth objectives.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, opportunity tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Establish KPIs that measure partner influence across pipeline creation, opportunity progression, partner-sourced revenue, and services attachment.
  • Leverage AI technologies to improve partner intelligence, account planning, pipeline analysis, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner development within the cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software industry.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success managing large Federal System Integrator partnerships.
  • Proven ability to build executive relationships while driving measurable sales outcomes.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering directly with enterprise or federal sales teams to create pipeline and close strategic opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of Federal procurement, capture strategies, and the federal systems integrator ecosystem.
  • Experience influencing complex sales cycles involving sales, capture, delivery, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop executive business plans and translate strategic initiatives into measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent executive presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, increase productivity, and drive business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
