About the Role:

Global System Integrators (GSI) play a crucial role in CrowdStrike's growth plans over the next 3 years. CrowdStrike is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to drive engagement with a select set of GSI partners (e.g. Cognizant, HCLTech, Infosys, TechM, TCS, Wipro). Success in this position will require: enabling strong, productive relationships at all levels within one or more of these key partners, strengthening of executive and sales relationships, and creation and execution of marketing & sales campaigns to accelerate our mutual business opportunity.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage strategic partnerships with one or more of our GSI partners (e.g. Cognizant, HCLTech, Infosys, TechM, TCS, Wipro) and build strategic trusted relationship with these partners at all levels.

  • Identify and support joint sales pursuits, engage regularly with Partner sellers and CrowdStrike sales counterparts, develop sufficient pipeline, and execute together to drive revenue

  • Develop and execute a strategic joint business plan that drives all aspects of the partner relationship including: executive interlocks, business development, enablement, onboarding, certification plans, marketing, and solution development

  • Present and promote CrowdStrike's value proposition and capabilities that enables the partner to build a profitable CrowdStrike business

  • Manage all relationship interlocks: executive, sales, product development, marketing, and service delivery

  • Develop and execute joint solution development plans with emphasis on targeted industry markets

  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to build and execute joint demand generation plans

  • Lead regular business performance / relationship reviews with senior management

  • Maintain activity and performance reports and dashboards

What You'll Need:

  • A proven track record of success developing and driving GTM plans with leading GSI partners (e.g. Cognizant, HCLTech, Infosys, TechM, TCS, Wipro)

  • 7+ years of successful enterprise sales and partner experience managing strategic accounts

  • Understanding of GSI partner cybersecurity organization structure and engagement models.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment

  • A strategic thinker with a hunter mentality possessing strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills

  • Ability to travel

  • University/College degree

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $105,000 - $163,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
