Job Title: Enrollment Coordinator
Job Location: Waco, TX
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15 to 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hr to start

Job Overview: Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is recruiting for an Enrollment Coordinator. As an Enrollment Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in setting up new and existing cases for employment benefits before employer enrollment periods. You will also handle scheduling agent appointments and providing services to employers and agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process preliminary approvals for new employees and assess re-enrollment eligibility.
  2. Set up cases with attention to detail, adapting to variations in distribution channels, underwriting offers, and billing specifics.
  3. Handle invoices for vendor fees and appointment renewals/billings.
  4. Manage agent appointments, including contract execution and terminations, in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  5. Process commission adjustments and handle voucher requests related to agent accounts.
  6. Manage notifications to agents and corporations, including commission statements and checks.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes and resource availability.
  8. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or mail to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Compile data for reporting purposes, supporting case setup and agent reports.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with individuals across all levels.
