• Client Assessment: Conduct initial intake assessments to understand clients' presenting issues, emotional state, and therapeutic needs.
• Customized Treatment Plans: Develop individualized treatment regimens based on comprehensive evaluations, ensuring that plans align with clients' goals and context.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver evidence-based therapy techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to promote positive behavioral change.
• Client Engagement: Engage clients in productive conversations that foster self-reflection, resilience, and coping skills, while also modeling adaptive behaviors.
• Ongoing Evaluation: Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and adapt interventions as needed to maximize outcomes and progress.
• Communication: Inform prospective clients about treatment options, financial commitments, and emotional resilience strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with licensing regulations and ethical standards.

As an LPC at Crossroads Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of emotional and psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. • Master's degree in counseling or a related mental health field.
• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a potential sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes:
