Our desire is to model our staff and church community after the church in Revelation, where people of all nations, tribes, and tongues are worshiping and working together.We're not there yet, but it's what we're working toward with every hire and every person who walks through our doors.

Job Summary

We're looking for an Executive Assistant who operates as a trusted partner. Someone who sees what's coming, steps in before being asked, and brings order where things feel unclear or moving fast.

The person in this role is here to create momentum, not just take tasks. They'll act as a trusted partner, someone who sees what's coming, steps in before being asked, and brings order where things feel unclear or moving fast. This role supports both work and life. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience/Skills Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and calendar management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Performs multiple tasks effectively under pressure.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to walk up to 3 miles.

  • Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs.

Schedule/Requirements

  • The base schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, but must be flexible specific to the needs of the Associate Executive Pastor, as well as high -impact events at Crossroads.

  • Potential for some travel and weekend hours.
