Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity

Crossroads Medical Associates – Cheryl Leonardi, M.D.

Ellicott City, MD

We’re seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our established primary care practice in Ellicott City, Maryland. Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants will be considered for this role.

Crossroads Medical Associates offers primary care and wellness services to adults and young adults. Through screenings and regular examinations, we detect medical problems in their early stages and encourage our patients to follow a personal healthcare program.

Seeking a skilled APP with the following qualifications:

  • Advanced Practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioner license required (APN, APRN, or NP) OR Maryland PA-C License and NCCPA Certification
  • Current Maryland CDS and DEA license (or obtainable)
  • Primary Care Experience Required
  • Excellent communication skills and must work well in a team environment.

Excellent opportunity to join an established practice:

  • Employed, full-time position
  • Manage your own patient panel
  • Call Responsibilities – telephone only, one week on/one week off
  • Outpatient only, no nursing home or inpatient coverage
  • No weekend or evening hours
