Job description

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Server in the Lobby Bar and Rooftop Bar. As a bartender/server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience. Full-time, Part-Time and Seasonal availability. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately
  • Deliver orders to the correct table in a timely manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests and addressing any issues
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Oregon Food Handler's card and OLCC permit (or ability to obtain)
  • Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
