Job Description
The Field Services Representative General (Customer Service) is responsible for the delivery of world class service to our customers by performing field service activities associated with service delivery and the maintenance of customer accounts.
Based on regional differences and the business needs of the company, responsibilities and percentage of time served performing different tasks may be different from employee to employee. The general responsibilities are listed below, and the day-to-day focus is based on the discretion of the Lead and Supervisor.

  • Supports Customer Service by troubleshooting customer issues, including meter problems, water quality issues, and service issues.
  • Performs meter change outs as directed to ensure accurate and complaint meter operation.
  • Performs cross connection inspection and testing in compliance with the State Department of Health.
  • Performs call before you dig activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Performs service inspection services and meter sets.
  • Accurately and efficiently completes meter reading activities as assigned.
  • The Company is committed to providing a safe workplace. This position is responsible for learning, following and ensuring compliance with all safety rules. This includes rules and regulations in the Company Safety Manual, OSHA regulations and other state, federal, or governing body's rules and regulations.
  • Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.
Minimum Qualification
  • High school Diploma required
  • Driver's License required
  • Cross connection certification required; or ability to acquirecertification within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ability to work standby rotation
