Job description

This year-round position is responsible for the application of crop nutrients and crop protection products, as well as the maintenance of custom application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. We are looking for someone who will provide professional and quality service, treating every acre as if it were their own. The ideal candidate would be mechanically-inclined who likes to work with their hands, prefers an 'office' outdoors, and dreams of operating a $500k piece of equipment. #CrystalValleyMNJobs


Par Range: $22-27/hour depending on experience

Five Key Roles:

  • Application of CN, CPP 
  • Equipment/Facility Maintenance

Requirements: 

  • Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements
  • Maintain commercial applicators license
  • Minimum of two (2) years of agriculture-related experience
  • Demonstrated experience providing professional and quality service on every acre as if it was your own 

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy.
