Executive Assistant to the CRO

Our client is an exceptionally well-funded, high-growth AI and cybersecurity startup that recently raised $70+ million in seed funding and is rapidly expanding its U.S. presence. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an early stage, work directly with executive leadership, and help support the launch and growth of its new Cambridge office.



The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Revenue Officer while also supporting a Co-Founder. The ideal candidate will act as an extension of the leadership teamโ€”helping drive priorities forward, creating structure in a fast-paced environment, and enabling senior executives to operate at their highest level.



Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination

โ€ข Coordinate domestic and international travel

โ€ข Support executive communications, priorities, and follow-up

โ€ข Attend meetings, capture notes, and track action items

โ€ข Assist with special projects and ad hoc executive support



Required Background

โ€ข 4โ€“7 years of Executive Assistant experience

โ€ข Experience supporting C-level executives or founders within a high-growth technology startup environment (required)

โ€ข Experience working in smaller startup companies with less than 300 employees

โ€ข Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills

โ€ข Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
