You'll mentor junior team members and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership, driving innovation in how we approach testing and optimization.

About the role

  • Possess deep knowledge of experimentation methodology and determine the most appropriate testing approach based on unique circumstances and constraints of each context

  • Mentor junior team members on testing best practices, CRO fundamentals, and advanced experimentation techniques, including the use of AI tools to enhance experiment design and administration

About you
