The Clinical Manager (IV Therapy) provides supervision of the daily operations on the nursing units, and acts on behalf of the organization, providing supervision for staff members. They will participate in the hiring process and disciplinary action as necessary. Demonstrates knowledge of and assures compliance with accrediting/regulatory agency standards, hospital and departmental policies and procedures and customer service standards.

Requirement description :
  • Current management/leadership experience required.
  • 3 yrs progressive experience in the service or profession.
  • BSN required, Masters Degree preferred.
  • CRNI - Certified Registered Nurse Infusion.
  • PICC certified.
  • Chemo certified.
