To thrive as a Clinical Research Nurse (CRN), you need a strong background in nursing practice, clinical research protocols, and regulatory compliance, typically supported by a nursing degree and RN licensure. Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification, and clinical trial management tools is often required.
