We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities, and closing deals. Drive Enrollment Growth
  • Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
  • Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems

Customer Relationship Building
  • Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
  • Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
  • Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience

Sales Execution
  • Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
