Job description


Senior CRM Transformation Consultant BravoTECH, a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, is seeking a talented Salesforce CRM Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale healthcare CRM transformation initiative. Candidates will have Salesforce, Healthcare, MS Dynamics, and Epic experience in integration projects.
Some sort of Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or related Salesforce certification.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the customer throughout the CRM transformation engagement, building positive client relationships and increasing engagement with customer leaders and senior stakeholders
  • Manage the delivery team responsible for implementing the CRM solution, which may include offshore resources, ensuring the team is organized, staffed, and performing effectively against the project plan
  • Ensure the CRM solution being implemented, including integrations with external systems, AI platforms, and cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, aligns with the goals and objectives stated in the statement of work and other agreement documents
  • Manage the project budget and timeline, tracking spend and schedule against plan, and taking corrective action to keep the engagement on track
  • Ensure plans are developed and executed to resolve project issues and blockers, maintaining close working relationships with the team to identify constraints early
  • Communicate with customer leaders and executives on project status, issues, budget, and other key updates, and provide the same reporting to internal management
  • Identify customer requirements and develop cohesive project plans and implementation strategies that improve business operations through more efficient processes and systems
  • Oversee quality assurance and feedback for offshore and partner resources supporting the engagement; schedule and lead internal and external meetings to review project progress and maintain project management tools with current information
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant CRM implementation/consulting experience, including project or workstream leadership
  • Minimum bachelor's degree with Business, Technology, or related background
  • Experience delivering enterprise CRM implementations, including projects involving integrations with external systems, AI platforms, and cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake
  • Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, timelines, and delivery teams, including offshore resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional gravitas and the ability to manage executive-level interaction
  • High level of customer service and able to excel collaborating in an Agile team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop and drive resolution plans for project issues and blockers
  • Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, solution design, business development, and project management.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, including work with provider and payer organizations, strongly preferred
Licenses/Certifications
  • CRM platform certification (e.g. Salesforce Administrator/Consultant) preferred
  • Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP or Agile Scrum) a plus
  • Cloud-based technology certifications (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS) a plus
