What is critter care?

Critter Care typically refers to the professional care and management of small animals, such as pets, wildlife, or exotic animals, either in shelters, rehabilitation centers, or private homes. People who work in critter care are responsible for feeding, cleaning, monitoring health, administering medication, and providing enrichment to ensure animals' well-being. They may also assist with education, outreach, and adoption services depending on the setting. This role requires compassion, attention to detail, and knowledge of animal behavior and needs.

What are some common challenges faced by critter care professionals and how can they be managed?

Critter Care professionals often work with a variety of animals, each with unique needs and temperaments, which can present challenges in ensuring their well-being and safety.
