Position Overview

We are seeking a confident and experienced Emergency Room RN who is comfortable managing a wide range of patient acuity from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies. You will be part of a supportive emergency care team focused on delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

  • Rapidly assess, triage, and treat patients across all age groups

  • Manage multiple patients simultaneously while prioritizing critical needs

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or ED)
  • Active Florida RN license or compact RN license (FL license required within 60 days if relocating)
  • BLS certification within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • PALS certification within 90 days of hire
  • ENPC and TNCC within 6 months of hire
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 6 months of hire


Schedule Options

  • Mixed Shift (Rotating Weekends)
  • Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)


Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive hourly pay: $32.00 – $45.90 (based on experience)
  • Night shift differential: $4.25/hr
  • Weekend differential: $3/hr (Fri 11 PM – Sun 11 PM)
  • Sign-on bonus: Up to $15,000 (Days), $10,000 (Nights)
  • Relocation assistance: Case-by-case
