Job description

Established Insurance agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager in the Delray area. Commercial lines Account Manager should be comfortable working with small accounts with at least 2 or more years of commercial lines experience, servicing renewal accounts. This is a HYBRID role after training. 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a book of commercial insurance business.
  • Service and remarket renewals
  • Work with both admitted and E&S markets to place accounts.
  • Issue certificates, process endorsements, submissions, applications etc.
 
Qualifications:
  • Active 220 license.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in commercial lines insurance, including experience in an Account Manager role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Florida insurance marketplace, with an emphasis on small commercial risk.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in insurance carrier platforms, agency management systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
