Position Overview

Strategic Leadership & Discovery Excellence

• • Drive scientific decisionmaking across multidisciplinary project teams to ensure robust biological rationale, mechanismofaction understanding, and datasupported progression criteria.

  • Provides hands-on guidance forassociates indeveloping new technology andmentorthem to deliver on skey scientific objectives.

  • Identify key technical/operationalchallengesand proactivelydevelopsmitigation strategies.

  • Strong communication ability to interface with bioinformatics and discovery teamsto facilitate iterative learnings from clinical data.
