Sun Com Mobile is a premier dealer of Cricket Wireless in the U.S. and we have an exciting opportunity for a District Manager to help us stay #1 in this market.
This is a great position for someone that is motivated, wants to join a winning team and takes a group of stores to the next level.
This position pays a Base Pay rate of $40,000 to $50,000 (DOE) Incentive that ranges from $20,000 to $25,000 (Good News we have an uncapped incentive that allows you to write your own monthly incentive check)

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate business operations in store locations to achieve financial goals.
  • Manage a team of professionals on daily basis to meet or exceed company objectives.
  • Identify skill gaps and schedule trainings to team members.
  • Address team concerns and provide direction whenever needed.
  • Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
  • Resolve all customer issues and ensure to provide outstanding customer services.
  • Conduct performance evaluation of team members and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Build strong working relationships and maintain effective communications with team members.
  • Identify business challenges and suggest appropriate action plans.
  • Develop new business strategies for business growth and revenue generation.
  • Build positive working and learning environment for team members.
  • Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
  • Ensure that teams follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Research local market conditions
