With an emphasis on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, we take pride in transforming landscapes and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces across the Denver metro area.

Position Summary

The Seasonal Fall Cleanup Laborer will assist with a variety of tasks associated with fall yard and property maintenance. This is a physically demanding role involving outdoor work in variable weather conditions. You’ll be part of a crew that ensures properties are clean, safe, and well maintained going into the winter months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prune shrubs, trim perennials, remove dead plant material

  • Clean up beds, edges, and general landscape cleanup

  • Assist with hauling, loading, and disposing of waste

  • Use hand tools, leaf blowers, and other standard landscape equipment

  • Follow safety protocols, use proper PPE, and maintain a clean workspace

  • Report issues (e.g. drainage problems, damage, hazards) to crew lead

  • Uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related outdoor labor preferred but not required

  • Highly motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

  • Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather (lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, walk)

  • Basic knowledge of landscape tools and safe usage

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Reliable transportation to/from the South Denver branch or assigned job sites

  • Must be 18+ years old

Work Schedule
