Pavement Marking Crew Member (CDL)
Location: Centennial, CO
Compensation: $26-$30 per hour
Position Overview
American Striping Company (ASC), a Frontline Road Safety Group company, is seeking dependable, safety-conscious crew members to join our team in Centennial, CO for the 2026 construction season. The Pavement Marking Crew Member performs general labor associated with the installation of various types of pavement markings, including driving and operating equipment. All work is performed outdoors on all types of Colorado roadways, using specialized equipment to place and remove pavement markings that are critical to worker and public safety as well as project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Pavement Marking & Field Work
  • Install various types of pavement markings as part of a crew
  • Use specialized equipment to place and remove pavement markings
  • Place and remove traffic control devices
  • Perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and peeling

Driving & Equipment Operation
  • Drive and operate equipment as required for daily operations
  • Drive and maneuver safely in constricted areas and around active roadways

Team & Communication
  • Work effectively on a team with others
  • Communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors
  • Maintain a safety-conscious attitude at all times

Qualifications
  • Valid CDL (A or B)
  • Good driving record (driving records are obtained on applicants)
  • Ability to pass a physical and drug screen
  • Effective communication skills and a safety-conscious attitude

  • Ability to apply basic math skills
  • Good sense of direction and ability to read a map

Physical Requirements
