As a Window Crew Leader, you are directly responsible for the successful execution of residential window projects and the overall customer experience. This role is ideal for a leader who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and thrives on solving challenges in the field.

  • Oversee residential window installations from start to finish

  • Lead, coach, and ensure the safety and productivity of your crew

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, delivering an exceptional experience
