Position Overview:

As a Crew Chief at IHOP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant during your shifts. You will oversee the performance of team members, maintain high standards of service, and contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Your leadership and organizational skills will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate team members, ensuring they adhere to IHOP’s policies and procedures. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism.
  2. Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Ensure that all guests have a positive experience at IHOP.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Coordinate and oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house activities during your shift. Monitor the flow of guests and ensure efficient table turnover. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards throughout the restaurant.
  4. Quality Control: Ensure that food and beverage quality meets IHOP’s standards. Monitor food preparation, presentation, and timing to deliver consistent quality to our guests.
