Job description

Objective: To learn the fundamentals of restoration, master safety protocols, and provide physical support to lead technicians.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform structural demolition and debris removal (carpet, drywall, cabinetry) safely and cleanly.

2. Properly place, monitor, and retrieve drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers).

3. Follow proceedures for cleaning products and techniques, keeping adequate supply

4. Maintain clean and neat your person, speech, job site, shop, tools and company vehicle.

5. Insure protective equipment is worn/used, avoid hazards, and follow safety protocols.

6. Manage job assignments by communicating with coworkers, customers and management.

7. Keep records with daily log sheets, Ipad entry, Chronicle, email.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Valid driver's license with a clean record.

2. Exceptional punctuality, positivity, tenacity and attention to detail

3. Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs. consistently.

General Responsibilities

1. On call rotation of 1 week minimum per month. Available Saturday and Sunday for high volume.

2. Available to work out of town with overnight travel for disasters or large loss jobs.

3. Participate in meetings, training, skill development, customer service, professional certification.

5. Adhere strictly to company Handbook including attendance and driving policies.

6. Be respectful, mindful and flexible in the workplace.
