Job description

Foster Plumbing, a Crete United Company, was founded in 1996 and is a commercial plumbing contractor serving the Denver metro area. We are currently looking to add a member to our team who has a current Colorado Journeyworker with 4+ years of experience in commercial plumbing. Work hours are typically Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm in the Denver Metro area.
Daily work will include (but is not limited to) installation and/or replacement of new drain and water lines, water heaters, TI (Tenant Improvement), commercial bathroom renovation, underground rough, small ground up construction, and core drilling.

A dependable, positive leader with a strong work ethic who shows up on time, takes ownership of the job, and leads with a teaching mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Lead crews and represent Foster Plumbing professionally on jobsites
  • Ensure jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and proper PPE usage
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and building engineers
  • Review and execute work per approved drawings, submittals, and specifications
  • Order and manage materials efficiently; control jobsite costs
  • Proper Documentation for job notes, RFIs, change orders, and daily photos
  • Track labor and material performance and communicate needs proactively
  • Maintain quality workmanship, schedule awareness, and crew productivity
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
  • Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumber License
  • Strong experience with commercial plumbing systems
  • Proven ability to lead crews and run jobsites
  • Ability to read and execute work from blueprints and specs
  • Rough-in and underground experience preferred
  • Professional communication and basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license & ability to pass a background check
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and supply basic hand tools

License/Certification:
  • Driver's License with no DUI/DWAI in past 5 years. (Required)
  • Colorado Journeyworker or Master Plumber License (Required)
