• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments using telehealth platforms to identify client strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.
• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to clients’ unique needs, including techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans, adjusting them as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, nurturing a safe environment that encourages open expression and personal growth.
• Collaborate with a variety of healthcare practitioners—such as psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and healthcare aides—to ensure each client receives comprehensive care.
• Advocate for clients’ access to necessary community resources, navigating complex systems to enhance their support networks.
• Document all client interactions meticulously in electronic health records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to remain integrated within the team and continuously improve clinical practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, primarily comprising individuals facing end-of-life challenges, those in hospice care, and their families. Your sensitivity and skills will be critical in addressing grief, anxiety, and depression, ultimately contributing to their emotional well-being and quality of life during difficult times.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical social work services, with a focus on mental health.
• Proven ability to conduct diagnostic assessments and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual and group needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice principles, and ethical practices in the field of mental health.

• Experience working with hospice patients and their families is highly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
• Certification in evidence-based practices such as DBT, ACT, or others.

• At Calm Crest, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on your caseload and overall experience.
