To thrive as a hiring specialist at Crest, you need strong recruitment knowledge, talent assessment abilities, and typically a background in human resources or a related field. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and sourcing tools is essential. Outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers set top performers apart. These skills ensure effective talent acquisition, smooth hiring processes, and alignment with organizational needs.

These positions often require advanced education, certifications, extensive experience, and work in demanding environments or on a contract basis. Income levels vary based on industry, location, and individual expertise.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

High-paying sales roles such as real estate brokers, insurance agents, or financial advisors can earn $10,000 or more per month without a degree, often through commissions and client relationships.
