Job description

Have you ever wanted to make a meaningful impact while working in a hands-on warehouse environment? VIP is seeking an outstanding Job Coach to join our team at Crest Beverage in San Diego!

In this role, you'll work alongside a team of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (clients), helping complete production tasks in a collaborative and supportive environment. If you enjoy physical, fast-paced work and are looking to join a dynamic, values-driven organization, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

  • Work alongside a team of clients (34 individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities) at Crest Beverage in San Diego.
  • Re-package damaged beverages to prepare products for shipment.
  • Complete production tasks safely, efficiently, and accurately while meeting daily productivity goals.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow established production processes and safety procedures.

Who You Are

  • Available to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Respectful, dependable, and committed to creating an inclusive workplace for individuals with disabilities.
