Job Description

The Data Transformation Lead partners with leaders in Data Governance, Cloud Engineering, Analytics, and broader IT to drive enterprise data and AI outcomes. This role focuses on stakeholder alignment, roadmap integration, literacy enablement, and use case identification, ensuring transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value. In addition, this role supports the Chief Data & Analytics Officer, coordinating priorities, preparing executive materials, and ensuring alignment across all data and analytics efforts.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will coordinate ED&A program priorities and deliverables to maintain alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • You will develop executive briefings, dashboards, and communications for senior leadership.
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer by anticipating needs and clarifying decisions.
  • You will partner with cross‑functional leaders to align transformation roadmaps and address organizational challenges.
  • You will identify and manage dependencies between data initiatives and broader IT efforts to optimize sequencing and reduce risk.
  • You will maintain a centralized view of transformation priorities and communicate progress to senior leadership.
  • You will lead data and AI literacy programs while defining shared KPIs to support enterprise-wide adoption.
  • You will collaborate with teams to qualify data and AI use cases, track impact, and manage vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field of study and 10+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or enterprise information architecture.

  • Proven experience in data transformation programs and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, AI concepts, and IT program interdependencies (conceptual level).
  • Ability to translate complex topics into executive-level narratives and actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with AWS ecosystem and enterprise data platforms.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and change management skills.
