Atlantic is seeking a Payments Specialist III to play a critical role in our payments operations. This is more than a processing position, it's an opportunity to become a subject matter expert in modern payment systems, fraud prevention, risk management, and emerging payment technologies while partnering with leaders across the organization.ย 


ย What You'll Do

  • Own complex payment operations including debit cards, wire transfers, electronic funds transfers, payment investigations, and high-risk payment programs.ย 
  • Resolve escalated issues by researching transactions, identifying root causes, and supporting members and internal teams.ย 
  • Support fraud and risk mitigation efforts in partnership with the Fraud team.ย 
  • Improve processes and controls by identifying efficiencies, reducing risk, and enhancing the member experience.ย 
  • Protect operational quality through quality reviews, trend analysis, documentation, and cross-training support.
