- Support development, administration, and enhancement of lending programs, operating procedures, and practices related to lending operations and portfolio management.
- Assist in development and closing of complex loans by supporting analysis, structuring, negotiation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support development and maintenance of loan participation and correspondent banking relationships with other lenders and financial institutions.
- Manage assigned participation loan relationships and provide timely follow-up on servicing, monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Develop industry analysis, peer group analysis, portfolio analysis, and related credit materials to support decision-making, portfolio oversight, and special projects.
- Prepare clear, well-supported credit analysis, underwriting documents, portfolio summaries, and recommendations for leadership and other stakeholders.
- Assist other Bank personnel in completing coordinated projects, portfolio reviews, and credit-related initiatives as assigned.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
