What Youll Do.

A Teller Services Representative does what a Teller does in a traditional bank, but through video and an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM an upgraded and more personable ATM!). Our ITMs sit in Financial Centers throughout Maryland, and when a member needs a teller service you are on!

You will offer full Teller services first by using your engaging smile and reassuring members you will walk them through the ITM technology to complete their financial transaction. You will use your inquisitive nature to discover financial needs and refer them to a financial center team member for further assistance.

You will handle financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and more. Although the ITM will count and verify cash for you, your attention to detail is essential. The ITM is just a machine and you are the machine operator bringing your own engaging personalization to every transaction!

How do you do this? Its simpleyou talk to members because you are a person and that is what people do. Bring your curiosity and caring to work every day and let the member know you have his or her best interest at heart.
