Your role in our mission
 
The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
 
How you'll make an impact
  • Partner with product leadership to build a vision, strategy, and multi-year product roadmap
  • Break vision into phases, prioritize and drive backlogs for launch with your dedicated engineering teams
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' & partners' problems
  • Use data and analysis to drive your understanding of customers and to build and iterate on products
  • Drive disruptive innovative solutions in a customer-centric environment
  • Establish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with the development team, leading in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Work with internal stakeholders from technology, marketing, legal, operations, and executive management to translate business needs into product requirements
  • Work with a distributed team of designers, researchers, engineers, testers and subject matter experts to scope, design, test and build new products and product features
  • Monitor and understand the key metrics governing your product area, with an eye toward continuously improving them through ongoing product innovation
  • Work with engineering and data science to analyze data and conduct experiments (A/B tests) in order to optimize the product in pursuit of an improved customer experience and business metrics
  • Lead and resolve questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders, keeping stakeholders updated on project progress and trade-offs

  • 3-5 years of relevant product management experience, financial services and credit card product experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is required

  • Proven ability to dive deeply into specific functional areas and learn a domain
  • Proven ability to innovate and come up with ideas to help drive the product forward
