Job Summary:
eTeam is a company seeking a Card Test Lead and Test Engineer with extensive experience in the Cards & Payments domain. The role involves leading comprehensive testing efforts for credit card migration projects and ensuring adherence to compliance standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to lead and manage comprehensive testing efforts for credit card migration projects.
• Define and execute test strategies across functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
• Collaborate effectively with business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure complete test coverage.
• Validate critical card lifecycle processes such as issuance, authorization, transaction posting, and settlement.
• Oversee defect management, including triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
• Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS and other relevant compliance standards.
• Document test artifacts including test plans, test cases, execution reports, and defect logs to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
• Proficient in test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capable of mentoring and guiding junior testers and offshore teams to maintain quality and consistency.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Extensive experience in the Cards & Payments domain, with a strong focus on credit card platforms.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end card functionalities including: Card origination, Product changes, Fraud transfers, Payment allocation, Fees and financial charges.
• Hands-on experience with TSYS-TS2 or similar card processing platforms.
• Proven success in credit card migration testing, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with payment networks (., MasterCard, etc.) and transaction processing flows.
• Ability to lead and manage comprehensive testing efforts for credit card migration projects.
• Define and execute test strategies across functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
• Collaborate effectively with business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure complete test coverage.
• Validate critical card lifecycle processes such as issuance, authorization, transaction posting, and settlement.
