We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team in Whittier, CA. This is a hands-on role responsible for billing, invoicing, credit card processing, and general office accounting support. If you are a critical thinker with strong organizational skills and billing expertise, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Summary:
- Billing and invoicing
- Pro-rating and credit card processing
- Posting payments, collections, and account reconciliation
- Data entry and work order generation
- General office accounting and filing duties
- Support payroll and accounts payable processes
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- 10-key proficiency
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with some Excel experience required
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Ability to perform general mathematics accurately
- Clear, legible penmanship
