Cred Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our vibrant team in Highland Park, New Jersey. • Conduct initial evaluations that involve a thorough review of patients’ histories, physical assessments, and the formulation of individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies to patients and their families, ensuring they are involved in the goal-setting process.
• Implement treatment protocols that are evidence-based, adjusting techniques as necessary based on patient progress and changing needs.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers when necessary and document any significant changes in patient conditions that may require modifications to treatment plans.
• Manage discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care post-treatment and thorough documentation of all patient encounters, including evaluations and progress notes.
• Navigate the administrative aspects of the role, meeting productivity expectations, maintaining schedules, and participating in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and serve as a mentor for aspiring therapists and students in the clinic.
• Facilitate a seamless patient experience by promoting flexibility and adaptability in care offerings.
• Contribute to department goals and compliance standards, engaging actively in quality assurance measures.

As a Physical Therapist at Cred Physical Therapy Clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Our clinic is dedicated to providing tailored, compassionate care that empowers patients to achieve their health and wellness goals.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey is essential.
• Current American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is mandatory.
