Job description

About The Sociable Society (TSS)
At The Sociable Society, we manage and grow the careers of social media personalities, helping them build lasting brands and turn their influence into sustainable businesses. We take a personal, human-first approach to talent management, guiding creators at every stage of their journey with the strategy, support, and industry relationships they need to grow.
We are forward-thinking, digitally minded entrepreneurs, and we bring this mindset into how we work every day. We are looking for a team member who will contribute to our creative, entrepreneurial culture and grow with us as we continue to scale.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Director, Creator Management to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Creator Managers while continuing to manage a select roster of top creators.
This is a true player-coach role. You'll be responsible for driving team performance, coaching Creator Managers through negotiations and career strategy, and ensuring your team consistently delivers exceptional service and revenue growth. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you'll maintain a smaller roster of creators, allowing you to stay closely connected to the day-to-day realities of creator management.
As a member of the leadership team, you'll help shape the future of The Sociable Society by contributing to operational improvements, talent development, hiring decisions, and strategic initiatives that continue to scale the agency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Creator Managers, creating a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure your team consistently achieves quarterly and annual revenue bookings, and roster growth targets.
  • Coach Creator Managers through complex brand negotiations, creator strategy, pricing, renewals, and relationship management.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions focused on professional development and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to grow creator businesses through new partnerships, long-term strategy, and proactive account management.
  • Personally manage a select roster of high-value creators while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Partner closely with Business Affairs, Accounting, Marketing, Creator Growth, and Executive Leadership to ensure seamless creator support.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top Creator Management talent as the agency continues to scale.
  • Contribute to leadership meetings by helping improve processes, drive strategic initiatives, and shape the future growth of The Sociable Society.

What We're Looking For
Required
  • 4+ years of experience in creator, talent, influencer, entertainment, or digital talent management.
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing client-facing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience building a highly successful creator roster
  • Demonstrated success negotiating complex brand partnerships and talent deals.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence both creators and internal teams.

Nice to Have
  • Existing relationships with major brands, agencies, and industry partners.
  • Experience managing high-profile creators.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup or entrepreneurial environment.

Why Join TSS
  • Work with some of the world's leading creators and global brands.
  • Join one of the fastest-growing creator management agencies in the industry.
  • Flexible, fully remote work environment.
  • Significant opportunities for career advancement as the company continues to scale.
  • Collaborate with an ambitious, entrepreneurial leadership team focused on innovation and long-term growth.
  • Competitive compensation with performance incentives.
