Amazon's Creator Services leads creator programs that span media, commerce, and culture. The Creator Services team includes Creator Partnerships, creator content studio Wondery, and physical production facilities Studio126. We connect creators and Amazon's diverse businesses, helping bring big ideas to life across Wondery, Amazon Music, Twitch, Audible, Amazon Games, and beyond.

Join us in making Amazon the home for creators.
Creator Services is seeking a Creator Events & Commerce Manager.
You will work directly with Creator Services' Scaled Programs team to support end-to-end execution of creator event programs and content-to-commerce activations. You work backwards from creator, fan, and customer needs to ensure programs are delivered with operational excellence and measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone energized by the creator economy who wants to build foundational expertise across live events and creator-driven commerce.
Key job responsibilities
Creator Event Operations
- Drive cross-functional workstream execution across ad sales, marketing, and production teams, maintaining accountability to event timelines and proactively resolving dependencies
- Coordinate integrated brand experiences with the Creator Ads Partnership organization's branded content team, ensuring sponsored content activations deliver against advertiser objectives while maintaining creator/fan expectations across event touchpoints
- Design and maintain program trackers, project plans, and reporting mechanisms that provide stakeholder visibility and support data-informed decision-making
- Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and quality assurance for live event execution, building repeatable processes that scale across concurrent events
- Identify operational risks and propose mitigation strategies, escalating with recommended solutions when cross-team alignment is required
Creator Content-to-Commerce
- Own creator storefront management and execution, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and alignment with active campaigns, product launches, and seasonal priorities
- Coordinate end-to-end creator product launches, driving cross-functional communication, timeline management, and asset delivery across stakeholders
- Analyze storefront and product performance metrics, translating data into insights and recommendations that inform campaign optimization and future launch strategy
- Develop scalable templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for storefront management and product launch workflows
- Build and maintain internal knowledge bases and operational documentation, ensuring data integrity and readiness for AI-powered reporting and workflow tools
Research, Analytics & Program Communications
- Own program status reporting across event and commerce workstreams, maintaining project plans, milestone trackers, and stakeholder-facing dashboards that drive transparency
- Manage cross-functional coordination by establishing meeting cadences, tracking action items, and driving follow-through across ad sales, marketing, and production teams
- Synthesize audience, performance, and sponsor data into opportunity assessments and post-program reporting that informs planning decisions
- Author program recaps, launch summaries, and internal communications, partnering with Senior GTM Managers to align messaging with broader team narratives
- Prepare materials for senior leadership reviews and business updates, ensuring accuracy, strategic framing, and timely delivery
