Job description

Who We Are

Reach Social is an official TikTok Shop Partner. We’ve become one of the fastest growing TikTok Shop agencies in the US servicing 7-9 figure household brands. Our ambition is to become the most sought after social commerce partner/service provider in the market. This is a great opportunity to be part of a driven and ambitious team and participate in the next generation of commerce and digital marketing.

We don’t just “run affiliates.” We build repeatable creator systems that drive real GMV — combining affiliate strategy, creator relationships, merchandising, and content insight.

Description

You are a highly motivated, fast learning and clear communicator to develop creator strategies/creator briefing for our agency accounts. You are excited about diving into the TikTok ecosystem, from how to create viral content to affiliate management. You are comfortable partnering with senior ecommerce client stakeholders and operating in fast-paced environments.

This role sits at the intersection of creator strategy, performance analysis, and execution. You’ll be responsible for recruiting and managing high-quality creators, structuring affiliate programs (open, target, and TAP campaigns), and continuously optimizing for GMV growth.

If you’re excited by creators, obsessed with performance, and want real ownership — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Strategy & Planning

  • Own the affiliate growth strategy for assigned TikTok Shop accounts

  • Design and manage open plans, target plans, and TAP campaigns

  • Recommend commission structures, bundles, and offers that incentivize creator output

  • Identify when to lean into seeding, retainers, or live-focused affiliates

Creator Recruitment & Relationship Management

  • Source high-quality creators through Affiliate Center, outreach, and internal creator communities

  • Build and maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates

  • Manage creator seeding programs and retainer creator rosters

  • Coordinate creator briefs, content expectations, and posting cadence

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor affiliate GMV, content output, conversion trends, and ROI

  • Identify winning creators and content formats to scale

  • Diagnose underperformance and implement corrective strategies

  • Share weekly insights and actionable learnings with internal teams and clients

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Client Success Managers, Media Buyers, and Shop Ops

  • Align affiliate pushes with merchandising, promotions, and product launches

  • Support live-affiliate initiatives and campaign launches

What Success Looks Like

  • Fully own affiliate strategy for assigned accounts

  • Build a reliable roster of high-quality, repeat-posting creators

  • Launch and optimize multiple affiliate campaigns

  • Contribute measurable GMV growth through affiliate channels

  • Become a trusted strategic partner internally and with clients

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in organic content creation, social media marketing, and/or affiliate marketing
  • 1 year experience in TikTok Shop

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Deeply passionate about being a creator and building a creator community

  • Excellent organizational abilities

  • Existing knowledge of the TikTok platform and consumer behaviors on the platform

  • Willingness to learn fast
