Job description

The Social Media & Brand Partnerships Lead leads the development and execution of social-first content and strategic brand partnerships that drive cultural relevance, engagement, and brand growth. This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and collaboration-leading social storytelling across platforms while identifying and managing partnerships that authentically extend the brand.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and executor, with a strong point of view on brand voice, creator culture, and partnerships that deliver both impact and credibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Execution & Content Management
  • Execute the social media content strategy across priority platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity
  • Manage day-to-day social operations, including content calendars, posting, and coordination with creative and agency partners
  • Support social storytelling for campaigns, product launches, tentpole moments, and evergreen content
  • Work cross-functionally with agencies, content teams, paid media, PR, and brand teams to ensure aligned execution across channels
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform content recommendations

Brand Partnerships & Activations
  • Support and manage select brand partnerships that align with brand values and marketing objectives
  • Coordinate partnership execution, including social content development, timelines, approvals, and publishing
  • Act as a day-to-day liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ensure all partnership content and activations adhere to brand guidelines and campaign goals

Creator & Influencer Support
  • Initiate and execute creator and influencer collaborations tied to social and partnership initiatives
  • Lead briefing materials, content reviews, and oversee asset delivery
  • Along with agency partners, track creator content performance and support reporting and optimization

Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor social performance metrics including engagement, reach, and audience growth
  • Compile performance recaps and insights to share with internal teams
  • Use learnings to optimize future content and partnership execution

Agency & Workflow Management
  • Support the management of agency partners and content workflows
  • Ensure deliverables are on-brief, on-brand, and delivered on time
  • Assist with budget tracking and project coordination

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3 + years of experience in social media, digital marketing, brand marketing, or partnerships
  • Experience working with agencies or external partners
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and creator culture
  • Experience supporting or executing brand partnerships or influencer activations
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
