  • Develop influencer strategies and creator-led programs for healthcare and pharmaceutical brands, integrating organic, paid, and earned tactics supported by data-driven insights

  • Serve as an influencer and creator strategy lead across client accounts, developing recommendations that aligntoaudiencebehavior, campaignobjectives, platform best practices, and brand goals

  • Lead influencer campaign planning and execution, including creator identification,issuesvetting, briefing, contracting support, content development, approvals, posting coordination, and performance reporting

  • Guide the developmentofbranded and unbrandedinfluencer-first content, including creator briefs, messaging guidance, platform-native concepts, content guardrails, and recommendations tailored to audience behavior and channel best practices

  • Bring an understanding of the regulatory landscape to create compliant, yet innovative, content

  • Partner withaccount leads,creative, paid media, analytics, social strategy, and healthcare communications teammembers to ensure influencer programs are integrated across broader digital and communications campaigns

  • Serve as a client contact and influencer strategy expert, helping clients strengthen their understanding of creator trends, platform dynamics, influencer best practices, and digital opportunities

  • Support influencer talent relationships, including communication with creators, agents, managers, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and high-quality deliverables

Qualifications

  • A minimum of2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, social media, digital, or content strategy, with experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical communications preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing influencer or creator-led campaigns, including creator identification, vetting, briefing, content review, approvals, and performance reporting

  • Strong understanding of the influencer and creator landscape, including platform trends, creator partnerships, audience behavior, disclosure requirements, and content best practices

  • Experience working with creators, talent managers, agents, influencer platforms, or external vendors to support campaign execution

  • Strong passion for influencer marketing, social media, digital storytelling, and creator-led content, with the curiosity toidentifyand apply emerging platform trends, formats, and best practices

  • Expertisein influencer strategy, social-first content development, social listening, data analysis, insights reporting, and performance optimization

  • Paid social or paid amplification experience preferred, including familiarity with boosting creator content, paid content recommendations, and performance considerations

  • Strong understanding of how influencer, paid, organic, earned, and owned channels work together within the broader brand social ecosystem

  • A firm understanding of the creative process, including experience partnering with creative and production teams to deliver high-impact influencer and social content for clients

  • Understanding of the regulatory and medical/legal review process as it applies to healthcare and pharmaceutical client needs

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-profile and high-budget programs in a fast-paced, consistently changing environment

  • Curiosity and comfort with integrating AI tools into communications and workflows

Theanticipatedsalary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $72,000 - $83,000. The salary of the applicant selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, internal equity, geography, relevant years of experience, certifications, skills, abilities of the selected applicant, and other job-related qualifications.
