What does a creator manager do?

A Creator Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting content creators, such as influencers or artists, to help them grow their brand and manage collaborations. They act as a liaison between creators and brands, negotiating deals, handling contracts, and ensuring that campaigns run smoothly. Creator Managers also provide strategic advice to creators on content, audience engagement, and monetization opportunities, ensuring creators reach their professional goals.

How does a creator manager typically collaborate with content creators to ensure successful campaigns?

About Lindenmere Market

Lindenmere Market is a thoughtfully curated lifestyle boutique offering apparel, gifts, home décor, jewelry, gourmet foods, and children's gifts. Every detail of our store is intentionally designed to create a peaceful, inspiring shopping experience unlike anywhere else on Delmarva.

We're looking for someone who can tell that story through exceptional photography, videography, and social media.

This isn't just posting on Instagram. We're looking for someone who sees beauty in the little details and knows how to make people stop scrolling.

Responsibilities include:

• Photograph new arrivals and merchandise

• Film customer-forward and behind-the-scenes content

• Edit videos using current trends and engaging hooks

• Write captions that match our brand voice

• Plan and maintain a content calendar

• Stay current on social media trends while maintaining our timeless brand aesthetic

• Photograph lifestyle content throughout the store

✔ Know how to edit engaging short-form videos

✔ Understand Instagram, Facebook, Google

✔ Have a strong eye for branding

✔ Are organized and self-motivated

✔ Can work independently

✔ Enjoy retail, fashion, interiors, or lifestyle brands

✔ Appreciate beautiful design and attention to detail

Bonus Skills

Experience with any of these is a plus:

•• Adobe Creative Suite

• Canva

• Email marketing

• Graphic design

What Success Looks Like

Instead of simply creating posts, you'll help people discover Lindenmere Market.

Portfolio Required

Please include:

  • Social media accounts you've managed
  • Photography examples
  • Video/Reel examples
  • Graphic design samples (if applicable)
  • Links to your portfolio or website

Why You'll Love Working Here

• Beautiful, creative environment

• Flexible schedule

• Opportunity to shape the voice of a growing brand

• Employee discount

• Creative freedom

• No corporate bureaucracy—your ideas can become reality

A Note From Us

We're not looking for someone who simply knows social media.

We're looking for someone who notices beautiful light coming through a window, arranges products naturally, tells stories visually, and gets excited about creating content that feels authentic instead of overly produced.

If you're the kind of person who instinctively reaches for your camera because something looks beautiful, we'd love to meet you.
