Urban Creator Inc. is hiring a full-time Design Associate to join our creative team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you’ll contribute to campaigns for leading Korean brands including Lotte, Milkis, Pepero, Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) and aT America. You’ll gain real-world experience in high-impact projects across branding, content, and experiential marketing.

We specialize in integrated campaigns, influencer marketing, offline activations, and creative content production for Korean and Asian brands entering the U.S. market. What You’ll Do

Design marketing assets for social media, digital ads, print materials, pitch decks, and event signage

Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency

Contribute ideas and concepts during team brainstorming sessions

Support the execution of content publishing across social and digital platforms

Conduct design research and stay current on creative and cultural trends in the U.S. and Korea


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

Strong design fundamentals with attention to typography, color, and layout

Fluent in Korean (required)

Excellent time management and communication skills


Preferred Skills

Strong proficiency in layout design and typography

Experience with Adobe After Effects or basic animation tools (a plus, not required)

Understanding of preparing files for print production (bleeds, CMYK, packaging)

Familiarity with digital content specs across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)


Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: Starting from $40,000 ~ per year (commensurate with experience)
