The specific qualifications for creative jobs vary by field and position. For example, if you want to work in the art department at an ad agency, you need to have strong visual skills, a talent for graphic or fine art, and excellent drawing and drafting skills. Job description

Job Title: Senior Creative Operations Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Creative Operations Manager to serve as the orchestrator of our creative and marketing initiatives. You will be the primary point of accountability for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-channel projects-ensuring that our digital, social, print, and motion graphic assets are delivered on time, on brand, and in alignment with business objectives.
This is a senior-level role for a "process expert" who excels at navigating the creative process. You will bridge the gap between stakeholder vision and production execution, removing barriers, negotiating priorities, and maintaining project clarity in high-pressure environments. If you are a self-starter who thrives on organization and has a passion for streamlining complex workflows, this is an excellent opportunity to own the "big picture" of creative delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Project Oversight
• End-to-End Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial brief and milestone definition to creative development, approval rounds, and final delivery.
• Integrated Workload Management: Successfully juggle a high volume of concurrent projects across various channels, including digital, social, e-commerce, print, and video.
• Creative Alignment: Ensure all creative outputs remain aligned with the strategic vision. Review and QA content throughout the process to guarantee quality, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
Leadership & Facilitation
• Stakeholder Coordination: Lead team meetings with cross-functional partners and management. Facilitate workflow, capture feedback, and hold teams accountable for action items.
• Priority Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks or scope creep. Use independent judgment to navigate challenges, remove obstacles, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management for problem resolution.
• Process Advocacy: Act as a diplomat for the creative process. Negotiate timelines and project needs across departments to ensure the team can deliver results despite tight time constraints.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in creative project management, traffic management, or agency-side production.
• Channel Mastery: Proven ability to manage integrated workflows across print, social media, web, and video/motion production.
• Systems Proficiency: Experience with modern project management/workflow software (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
• Communication: Exceptional diplomacy and interpersonal skills-the ability to influence and lead without always having direct authority.
Preferred Attributes
• Strong track record of working in a corporate advertising or high-output creative agency environment.
• Deep understanding of "Creative Ops"-the ability to balance the creative process with business timelines.
• A "resourceful" mindset: You don't just identify barriers; you build the roadmap to overcome them.
